13,000 Sq. Ft. European Eclectic Renovation/Addition
While this project required extensive structural revisions, the most challenging aspect was that of adding a 2 car garage which would be located below the home without removing any of the existing structure. Without question, one of the most challenging projects to date.

11,000 Sq. Ft. English Country
Architecturally designed incorporating many elements frequently found in the architectural designs of Edwin Lutyens, the challenge this project presented was the site itself. Over 3,000 cubic yards of ledge rock had to be removed to construct this home with the full basement that it was designed to have. The exterior finish of fieldstone veneer with limestone features made this a truly special project.

5,000 Sq. Ft. Shingle Style Complex
Two separate and distinct structures, swimming pool, tennis court and complete landscape installation. This project featured the architectural design of Robert A. M. Stern and is truly remarkable. Not only for the classic shingle style design but more for the fact that, at the owners request, the entire project was completed in less than 9 months. Another challenge which was achieved in the given timeframe.

5,000 Sq. Ft. Shingle Style Residence
On a bluff, overlooking a harbor in Maine, this was a spectacular project. With subtle yet classic architectural design by Armand LeGardeur, this is a special home and always will be one of our favorites.
